Ontario’s classrooms are overcrowded and students are paying the price.

The current reality:

• Grades 4–8 have no cap on class sizes
• 10% of Kindergarten classrooms have upwards of 32 kids
• The Ford government has had eight years to fix these issues, but they still haven’t acted

That’s why, as elementary educators head into bargaining, we're fighting for:

• Smaller class sizes
• More supports for students with special education needs
• Greater investment in Ontario's public schools

The problem in Ontario’s public schools can be fixed. It’s a matter of priorities.
