The Ontario Ministry of Education wants to run experimental digital EQAO tests this May and June for all grade 3 and 6 students learning in-person.

We should be focused on the well-being and mental health of students, not adding EQAO related anxiety and stress. 

Students and their educators should be focused on learning together, not preparing for disruptive tests to measure the system. 

Send a message to the Minister of Education and the chair of your local school board to request a continued pause to EQAO testing this year. If the Ministry does not implement a province wide pause, they have indicated that school boards can seek an exemption from EQAO for this year.
